This write up of the Cambridge Beach party comes from Aimee-Jane.

On Saturday 23rd of July we got a phone call to say I'd won a competition and I was going to meet Peter Andre,I didn't know anything about this competition as I don't usually read the paper and what had happened is my mum entered it for me as she knows I adore Peter!!!

So the next day we arrived at the Travel Lodge at around 2:45 and we met the people who organised the event. Then the other winners arrived. There was Kayleigh Callaghan with her mum and dad and Jeanette Pacey with her husband and granddaughter.

Then after we had spoken to press about how we were feeling and stuff we were told Peter was going to be late but we didn't care we were just so ecstatic! It was pouring down with rain but luckily we got to stay inside in the dry. Then we got told that we had to get into position for a photograph for the press as Peter was 5 minutes away!

We got given a photograph of him for him to sign and box of chocolates! Then we saw Peter come through the doors with Katie and the baby in a pram and his brother,Mike. I just thought to myself 'Oh my God! It really is true!' They then all went upstairs into a room they had so that Katie could stay there with the baby and Mike and Peter could get changed.

I felt so sick and nervous I was shaking so much I thought I was going to faint.

Then he came down and he put his arm round us and we posed for a photo.Then he signed our photos and asked us if we were going to go outside to watch him perform.

Then we went outside and watched him perform 4 songs which were Mysterious Girl,Ooh la la la, Insania and Go.

Then he went and signed autographs and had photos taken with the audience!There was such a long queue it took him about an hour bless him! We were sat behind him! After he'd finished signing autographs he had to do an interview for BBC Radio Cambridgeshire.Then he said to my mum "I won't be a minute" and she almost died she was so nervous! Then he had to call Katie and tell her he wouldn't be long.Then it was our turn!

He came over to us and shook all our hands and then Mike did while introducing himself! Then we just had normal conversations. Peter was talking to the men about something and Mike was talking to my mum then Kayleigh came and sat on my lap because she was shy and her parents gave him a teddy bear that Kayleigh had bought for him but was too shy.It said 'I only have eyes for you'. It was the sweetest.Then we had our photos taken with Peter and Mike!

Then mum was talking to Mike about how we watched all the programmes and how I've got playboy bunnies on my wardrobe like Katie! Mike then said how he liked my shirt as I wore my t-shirt I got at his tour last year! Soon they had to go but Peter gave us all a hug and as it is my birthday on the 21st of August my mum had told him and he wished me happy birthday!

It was a dream come true I've never been so happy in all my life!
